Throughout human history we have struggled with fearing what we don't understand.
Islamophobia, or the irrational fear of Islam, is a growing concern across the world - especially in the United States. Even before the recent events in Lebanon and Paris, a recent Gallop poll showed that 50% of Americans saw Islam as a critical threat. So as extremist groups continue using fear tactics, it is more important than ever before to educate the public and dispel the fear manifesting around Islam.
The following is a hypothetical visual identity and strategy for a campaign to fight that fear. The campaign would ideally be launched by the Obama administration to address the growing anti-Muslim sentiment across the United States.
